Our technicians have got lots of experience with web site migration and are able to take care of everything – from an ordinary WordPress weblog or Joomla^™–driven web site, to an extremely elaborate, custom–made web app.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time frame, because there are many factors, including the size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our best to move your website within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (when the website content is not very large).

A: We will require the login details for your current web hosting provider’s Control Panel and the web site’s name (domain name).

A: In order for us to begin the transfer of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share more or less the same information you have provided to your old host. We also have a very strict Privacy Policy, which describes how sensitive information is tackled.

A: While we migrate your web site, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your previous web hosting provider. When the transfer is completed, we’ll make sure that everything is functioning properly and that the integrity of your data is not affected prior to telling you that the migration is over. After that, we will tell you how to move the domain name over to your web hosting account with us and how to modify the DNS settings.

A: Nope. We’ll never contact your hosting provider about anything. They will not be aware of the web site transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–based hosting platforms. Generally, if we can obtain access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your web site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source site creation platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
